2. Description of Service

BrandTitan is an AI-powered brand building platform that enables users to create, manage, and grow their brand presence through automated content creation, social media management, and brand analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

BrandTitan uses YouTube API Services to provide its YouTube features. By using BrandTitan's YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Utah.
